Noise Downstairs is a pop-soul outfit based out of Brooklyn, NY.

Formed in Summer 2016 by Waylen Roche and Austin Douse, Noise Downstairs has spent the past year playing shows in NYC, while writing and recording new material.

In Fall 2017, they will release their debut EP entitled Soul Of A Rider.
